The ID Parade

Now, look, I'm sorry..... but I'm not going to tell you if you laugh.

This  has turned up alongside the cycle path adjacent to the Church Street playing field and, before anyone starts, it is not a shot of the front benches at Westminster. (Apart from anything else, there are too many of them for an afternoon sitting).

However, I will admit that it took me a long time to work it all out..... but I got there in the end.

It is, of course, an identity parade for wheels and I reckon the guilty party is the shifty one standing third from the right in the front row.
